Missed Opportunity

My human had a long day...
If not for the presence of a lizard in the shower,
which shocked him back life,
he might have fallen asleep in the shower.
I almost felt a little bunny raisin poop out too,
thanks to the lizard.
Seriously, where do these filth come from?

Anyway, my human didn't have a good start.
He was allocated a small room today,
and he had a group theory class.
Couldn't be helped as all other rooms were occupied.

He managed through the day.
Could feel all the energy drain from him.
Not easy entertaining kids
while making sure they learned something too.

After work, my human and his friend decided
to utilize the 'Feed at Raffles' card,
and at buffet dinner at Market Plaza Cafe.
They stuffed themselves. Food was pretty yummy.
My human had the feeling that his stomach
was going to explode for 3 nights in a row now.
Moderation, my human....

After dinner, they met some friends
who had just come back from Taipei.
Which brings us to the subject matter.
We could have joined these friends in Taipei
for the countdown.
They had so much fun there.
My human really enjoyed the hotspring experience
the previous time he was there.
This time round, his friends told him
the temperature fell to below 10 degrees Celcius.
Imagine...
cool breeze carrassing your body,
steaming water from the hotspring warming from underneath....
Lots of friends for company.
Well, maybe next year.

Think my human is half asleep now.
The weekend is almost over.
What an irony....
He used to wish for longer weekends,
and now that the weekends seem to drag,
he can't wait for weekdays to approach quicker.
